段ボールなのに使える驚きへ。
今年2年目を迎えるカルトン。ただ単に段ボールで出来た財布じゃない。真剣に「使える財布」を目標に改良を続けてきました。一手間加える事でより「美しく」「頑丈に」 そんなラインナップへと進化しようと考えております。
We introduce "Carton New line up". At this time, Our theme is "Be usable." Carton has become around 2 years, and we think this wallet will evolve more tough and beautiful.
Fold Inside
エッジの折り込み
段ボールの断面が露骨に見えてしまう旧来の財布では見た目が悪いほか、引っかかったりして壊れる原因の一つでした。今回は断面を二重に織り込み、見た目の良さはもとより耐久性の向上を図りました。
The section of a cardboard looks bad and cause of destroy. New product section which fold inside looks cool and more durable.
Embed Snap button
留め金の埋め込み
段ボール財布で表に出ているスナップボタンを埋め込みました。これにより見た目がすっきりしただけでなく、ボタンからくる疲労を防げます
The snap button used to be placed outside of the wallet but this was embed inside at this time. In this way, the wallet is prevented by fatigue from the button.

Become Tough
2層構造で耐久性アップ
もっとも衝撃を受ける外側と小銭を受ける部分で一枚の段ボールを使用していましたが、片面段ボールをもう一枚内側に敷くことで小銭を受ける側にクッション性が加わり、耐久性もアップしました。
The wallet was used a piece of cardboard to the side which was damaged by shock from outside of things and inside of coins. But now it has become more safe and usable by using one more one-side-cardboard because the cardboard is worked as shocked absorber.
Remove Stapler
ホチキスの廃絶
主に長財布に使われていた「ホチキス」ですが、普段使う物としては危険であると考え、ホチキスを使わずに止める方式に変えました。これにより見た目もすっきりしました。
The long type wallet used to use staples to be made but the new one has been changed to the way not using staples because it seems danger. Among this, the looks become cool.
